Let me tell you a story. Once, I was a busy person with plenty of reasons and excuses for not exercising due to lack of time. I used to think about gym workouts as 3-4 sets of 10-12 repetitions. Multiply this by six different exercises, add rest time between the sets. You can easily spend longer than 45 min in a gym if you exercise using the traditional resistance training prescription based on the load- repetition-sets principle. To me, allocating almost 1 hour a day for exercising was not sustainable. I went searching.
