Hi, I'm Julia — welcome to Get Stronger!

I believe that with the right approach, we can live independently well into our 90s and continue enjoying life to the fullest. My mission is to help people like you build strength, optimise nutrition, and feel your best at any age.

As a former food technologist, I developed a deep understanding of how processed foods are created — and why the industry makes them that way. In 2017, I transformed my own approach to nutrition and discovered the science of fitness, becoming a certified personal trainer. I’ve been passionate about guiding others ever since.

My personal training services, “bodyweight-only” fitness program, and blog are perfect for those who want to improve their health, enhance longevity, and gain confidence — without needing a gym membership. Whether you prefer training at home, in a park, or your local community centre, I’ll help you find what works best for you.

    Are you over 55? What a great age to be living! I’ll show you how to build stronger muscles and optimize your well-being, so you can keep doing the things you love with ease and confidence. Don’t let age hold you back from feeling your best!

    What’s included: functional movement screening, warm-up, strength training, and balance and coordination exercises.
